SJPMCC Voting System

1. Registration

1. Scan the QR code or open the registration link.
2. Enter your full name and email address.
3. Select your attendance type: Physical or Online.
4. Submit the form.
5. Your status will remain Pending until the admin approves your registration.

2. Approval and Credentials

1. The admin reviews registered voters in the voter management page.
2. Only approved voters are allowed to log in.
3. Once approved, your voter credentials are issued by the system.
4. If you cannot log in yet, contact the election administrator and confirm that your status is approved.

3. Voter Login

1. Open the voter login link.
2. Enter your approved username or email address.
3. Enter your password.
4. After login, you will be redirected to the ballot page.

4. Voting Procedure

1. Review the list of candidates available for the active election.
2. Select the required number of candidates shown on the ballot.
3. Assign shares to each selected candidate.
4. Use the Quick Equal Divide button if you want the system to distribute shares evenly across your selected candidates.
5. Check the Ballot Summary panel before saving your ballot.
6. Click Save Ballot once you are ready to submit.

Voting Rules

• Only approved voters can log in and open the ballot.
• Each selected candidate must receive at least 1 share.
• Do not allocate more than your available total shares.
• You can submit only one ballot for the active voting session.
• Any remaining unallocated shares are forfeited after submission.
• The ballot will show the current minimum and maximum number of candidates you must select.
